Return Policy

Policy & Returns:

Kingston Saddlery Supplies, Inc. takes pride in our product and 
    stands behind our workmanship. Customer's satisfaction is always 
    our first priority. 
    Returns and exchanges are available if the item you received from 
    us is different from the descriptions or the photos we posted. we 
    will accept returns or exchange within 14 days of arrival. Returning 
    non-defective item(s) is subject to a 35% restocking fee. 
    We are not responsible for return shipping. All shipping charges are 
    non-refundable. Returns and exchanges must be authorized by email.
    We will not cover damage caused by accidents or misuse. Do not ship 
    any part to Kingston Saddlery Supplies, Inc. without approval 
    call 916-996-0711. All shipping to Kingston Saddlery Supplies, Inc. 
    will be the cost and responsibility of the customer. 

    All purchases, there is a 35% restocking fee on all purchases plus 
    shipping. When you receive your shipment all boxes must be inspected 
    for damage upon arrival, and damages if any reported to carrier and 
    Kingston Saddlery Supplies, Inc. immediately. Kingston Saddlery 
    Supplies, Inc. cannot be held liable for damages caused by shipping. 
    This is the responsibility of the carrier and you the customer to 
    inspect and report damages upon arrival. We take extreme care in 
    boxing and inspecting before shipping to ensure you receive top a 
    quality product. Unfortunately damages do occur during shipping 
    and are beyond our control. If you have any problem in settling 
    a claim please call so that we may assist you.
